Resolving Contractual & Project Claims & Disputes through Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes (Re-run No. 69) |
It is not
uncommon that disputes and claims arise in Engineering Construction &
Building (ECB) projects that can involve PEs, Engineers, Employers, Contractors
and other stakeholders. Instead of rushing to the court or arbitration panel to
resolve the disputes and claims, which can be costly and time consuming, the
parties involved should give serious thoughts to settle their claims &
disputes amicably through Mediation and other alternative dispute resolution
(ADR), which are inexpensive and faster. This course will explain why and will
share with you what is mediation & ADR and how to go about it.
